Saute Mushrooms on Toast
Ingredients
Ingredients :
  • 4 slices Bread
  • 120 g Leek [sliced slantwise]
  • 25 g Shallots [chopped]
  • 50 g Button Mushroom (s) [sliced]
  • 25 g Fresh Shiitake mushroom(s) [sliced]
  • 25 g Siu Chun mushroom(s) [sliced]
  • 14 g Butter
  • 1 tbsp Brandy
  • 100 ml Cream
  • 1 tbsp Parsley [chopped]
  • 1 tbsp Thyme [chopped]
Seasoning Mix :
  • 2 tbsp Australian Premium Abalone Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Black Bean Garlic Sauce
Preparation :
  1. Melt the butter to saute the leek and shallots, add mushrooms and sizzle wine.
  2. Stir in seasoning mix.  Pour gradually the cream.  Mix well with parsley and thyme.
  3. Toast the bread and serve with the mushrooms.
