Vegetarian Abalone with Assorted Vegetables
Ingredients
Ingredients :
  • 10 pcs Button Mushroom (s) [halved]
  • 10 pcs Fresh Shiitake mushroom(s) [halved]
  • 10 g Cloud fungus [dried]
  • 15 g White fungus [dried]
  • 200 g Vegetarian abalone [sliced]
Sauce Mix :
  • 3 tbsp Australian Premium Abalone Sauce
  • 1 tsp Corn starch
  • 100 ml Water
Preparation :
  1. Soak cloud fungus and white fungus in water until soft. Drain and pick into small pieces.
  2. Stir-fry all the ingredients in 2 tbsp oil until fragrant. Stir in sauce mix and cook through.
