Cream of Vegetable Soup
Ingredients :
  • 25g butter
  • 225g potatoes
  • 1 pc carrot
  • 1 pc onion
  • 225g sweet potato
  • 3 cups chicken soup
  • 2 pcs bay leaf
  • 1 cup fresh cream
  • chopped parsley to garnish
  • salt and black pepper to taste
Preparation :
  1. Dice all vegetables.

  2. Melt butter, saute all the diced vegetable until soft, and add bay leaf.

  3. Pour in chicken soup , bring to boil and simmer for 30 minutes.

  4. Discard the bay leaf and puree the soup, reheat the puree over low heat for 10 minutes.

  5. Add cream, season with salt and black pepper, garnish with parsley and serve hot.
You can use a combination of your favorite autumn vegetables to create a new flavor.
